Midnight is being fostered in PA. Midnite is such a sweet, loving, cuddly little girl. She will be 1 year old in June. She will let you know when she has to go outside to go potty. She is good with both boy and girl dogs of all sizes. We were told she is also good with cats. Midnite knows some commands and is very smart. She loves playing with toys and will throw them up and pounce on them. Her sight is not perfect but she can see well enough to get around. She does stairs just fine and can jump up on things and down off them, such as the couch or bed. She sleeps with her foster mommy at night and is a very good girl.Midnite is good on the leash and just so happy to meet everyone. She would love a home with a fence and also go for walks. She would be another fur sibling’s best buddy to play with.Midnite has so much love to give.BDRA has voted against the use of eletrical fencing effectively immediately.Adoption processInterested in adopting a BDRA dog? Simply fill out our application. All of our adult dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, and on heartworm and flea/tick preventive. All puppies are up to date on vaccinations, microchipped and on heartworm and flea/tick preventive. We ask a $350 adoption fee. This does not begin to cover the vet work we do on our dogs, which is why we are always fundraising! For unaltered dogs (such as puppies too young to be spayed/neutered prior to adoption), we now require an additional $100 spay/neuter deposit that is refundable upon BDRA receiving proof of spay/neuter and rabies vaccination.Shelter locationCan I meet the dog before I submit an application?All of our dogs are cared for in private foster homes. We cannot make arrangements for private meet and greets until an application is received and references have been checked. That being said, many of our dogs are at local public events where you can certainly go to meet them. Will you transport the dog to me?
